provides business solutions rooted in Digital Strategy, Experience Design, and Engineering.

Experience in customer support and technical environment is desired but not mandatory.
Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via email and chat.
Independently handle a high volume of client support requests
Communicating with clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines
and end results of client projects
Participate in job related training initiatives including mentoring and delivering trainings.
Creating technical estimations
Monitoring data flow processes
Creating and updating design and functional documents
Identifying and troubleshooting issues as needed
Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities
Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that client
expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets
Resolving technical issues via tools such as Swagger and Postman
Supports incident management process through which incidents and resolutions are
controlled and resolved.
Works directly with the Engineering team to identify and resolve potential system-wide
issues.
Requirements:
Intermediate English written skills
Willing to work in shifts
Demonstrate attention to detail and organization skills, demonstrate clear and
professional written communication skills
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions
Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic
Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees
Learns new software and applications on mobile devices / tablets / web apps

Common knowledge in information technologies and systems
Terms:
Part time contract for a period of 1 month, social insurance, possibility of extension
