ROLE: Technical Support Internship -paid
DURATION: One month with option of extension

You are welcome to apply for Technical Support Specialist. We are a digital product development division at Orion Innovation, a global business and technology services firm that provides business solutions rooted in Digital Strategy, Experience Design, and Engineering.
If you are a seeking for new experience you will be welcomed in our dynamic, growing team.
Experience in customer support and technical environment is desired but not mandatory.
Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
 Provide technical support via email and chat.
 Independently handle a high volume of client support requests
 Communicating with clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
 Participate in job related training initiatives including mentoring and delivering trainings.
 Creating technical estimations
 Monitoring data flow processes
 Creating and updating design and functional documents
 Identifying and troubleshooting issues as needed
 Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities
 Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that client expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets
 Resolving technical issues via tools such as Swagger and Postman
 Supports incident management process through which incidents and resolutions are controlled and resolved.
 Works directly with the Engineering team to identify and resolve potential system-wide issues.

Requirements:
 Intermediate English written skills
 Willing to work in shifts
 Demonstrate attention to detail and organization skills, demonstrate clear and professional written communication skills
 Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions
 Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic
 Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees
 Learns new software and applications on mobile devices / tablets / web apps

Nice to have
 Troubleshooting skills
 Common knowledge in information technologies and systems

Terms:
 Part time contract for a period of 1 month, social insurance, possibility of extension
 All needed equipment provided i.e. lap-top
 Training period in the office,
