Job Overview: As a Bellman/Doorman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities include assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local attractions, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and assist with luggage.
• Offer local recommendations and facilitate smooth check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain the hotel entrance and lobby
Qualifications:
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and able to lift/carry luggage.
• Excellent communication and a passion for guest service.
