Cloud IB is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team based in Belgrade. The role involves ensuring a high level of data quality through collection, processing and analysis of company information and M&A transaction data. Your day-to-day work will include close collaboration with our senior management / founder who has extensive experience at tier 1 investment banks in the U.S. and Europe.   • Collect quantitative and qualitative financial data related to companies and M&A transactions from public sources and third-party data providers
  • Analyze, interpret and adjust the collected data to enable transparent standardization of the data across companies and transactions
  • Build and run internal quality control checks to assure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Provide support to other data team members, supervise data quality and deal with complex company reporting situations on an ad hoc basis
  • Report regularly and reliably different steps of the data collection process
  • Closely collaborate with senior management / founder to implement best practices and improve processes


  • Bachelor´s degree, preferably in in finance/accounting/economics/business or similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities, at ease with working with unstructured information and complex data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • English language fluency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Drive to continuously improve and learn
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
