2Sous ChefQualification & Education: Holder of a degree from recognized Culinary School with at least 12 years experience in 5 star Hotel or Restaurant Kitchen Production on supervisory level. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HACCP implementation, strong people and process management skills and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and experience in developing concepts, ensuring documentation and conducting professional and convincing menu presentations in front of customers.

Experience: Minimum 12 years relevant experience in 5 star hotel or multi-outlet food operation and experience in a 5 star kitchen with demonstrated hands on experience in a variety of sections.

Training & Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HACCP implementation

3Chef de PartieQualification & Education: Holder of a degree from recognized Culinary School. Fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

 Training & Knowledge: Good knowledge in HACCP, Food technology and preparation of food are mandatory

5Cook IQualification & Education: Apprenticeship as a Cook with diploma. Fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

Experience: at least 5 years experience in 3-5 star Hotels

 Training & Knowledge: Good knowledge in HACCP, Food technology and preparation of food are mandatory.

6Cook IIQualification & Education: Apprenticeship as a Cook with diploma. Fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
