Fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and experience in developing concepts, ensuring documentation and conducting professional and convincing menu presentations in front of customers. Experience: Minimum 12 years relevant experience in 5 star hotel or multi-outlet food operation and experience in a 5 star kitchen with demonstrated hands on experience in a variety of sections.
