Function Note:

Job Description:- Assist in ensuring that all restaurant policies and procedures are implemented
- Monitor and analyze activities and trends of competitive restaurants and bars
- Plan and implement effective sales and promotional activities to ensure maximum revenues
- Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the restaurant
- Suggest selling price
- Managing people
- Monitor all costs in the restaurant and recommend measures to control these
- Regularly review guest feedback on quality of food and beverage (through guest comment)
- Cooperation in implementing restaurant food and beverage menu

Requirement Note:
|
Desired Candidate Profile:- 10 years of experience in hospitality business within similar or the same position
- 5 years of experience on a management position
- Previous experience in spreading image and reputation of the newly – opened restaurant
- Knowledge of Italian kitchen will be advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Italian language skills will be advantage
- Wide network of contacts and ability to develop new ideas and acquaintances
- Good communication skills and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
