Recruitment Intern – Belgrade
Required qualifications:
- Student of final year or university degree in Business or Social Science
- Fluency in English language
- PC literacy
Main responsibilities:
- Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases
- Using the social media for finding the best profile
- Screening CV-s based on the role profile
- Managing pre-screening interview
- Writing job adverts and posting them
Candidate’s profile:
- Energetic and proactive
- Customer focused, self-driven and able to multitask
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
