Position: IT Support Intern
About the role
This internship, in duration of two to four months, will provide you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in providing world class IT Support and ability to work with various tools and IT professionals.
Your main responsibilities:
You will be first point of contact to end users
User administration
Troubleshooting
HW replacements
Telephony administration
Mobile phones set-up
Requirements
