Solution Arhitect

The Solution Architect is responsible for the design and architectural assurance of software solutions to satisfy the requirements of one or more business areas. Working with various departments in order to ensure that solution is positioned correctly and that the design is “fit for purpose” and will deliver the expected end-user benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

– The Design and Architecture of solutions to meet internal client requirements and deliver business benefits.

– Provide and manage the technical scope of the project. Work with the project teams to construct a project plan

– Identify and understand the integration points of the solution , create a strategy for data migration and federation

– Be clearly identified as the senior technical lead on an assigned project – provide technical direction and mentoring for all project resources.

– Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets.

– Proactively support the project manager in the flawless execution of the project by identifying and leading the mitigation of any technical gaps and/or risks.

– Technical documentation creation and maintenance

Competences :

– Strong leadership and communications skills are essential

– Experienced professional able to discuss at all levels the technical complexities and benefits of software solutions

– More than 5 years experience as a senior technical member of a project or team, ideally working as an solution architect.

– Demonstrable experience as a technical team lead on complex business projects (preferably in the financial sector).

– Creative thinker with a flexible approach to support the business

– experience in application development in the financial services industry

– strong, demonstrable client focus experience

Working experience :

– 5+ years on similar position

Software Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

– responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more business areas. The position may include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.

Competences :

– strong development skills (ASP.NET 2.0-3.5, Web programming and web services, Windows forms, JavaScript)

– strong database knowledge – Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008 (DB and Reporting Services)

– experience with database performance and tuning

– Office add in programming

– experience in application development in the financial services industry

– strong, demonstrable client focus experience

Working experience :

– 2 – 4 years on similar position
