Field Service Planner responsibilities
- Management of customers’ Service requests by planning the daily routes of NCR’s customer engineers with the goal of meeting NCR’s contractual obligations;
- Conducting Field Logistics operations;
- Delivery against management mandated priorities;
- Working together with and providing related support to the customers as well as a variety of required NCR Global Services teams and their management;
- Compliance with all the needed facility, safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations;
- Writing, speaking, listening, and presenting information effectively and persuasively;
- Providing feedback to associates through verbal and/or written mediums;
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent is a minimum;
- Proven excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Fluency in the needed language (French or German or Swiss-German or Dutch or Flemish or Polish or Danish or Italian or Spanish or Russian or English);
