What we are looking for:
- 4 students (BA or MAS)
- Full-time position (11-19h, Monday – Saturday)
- Fixed term contract for 3 months
- 2 available locations (Dedinje and Novi Beograd) and a hybrid working model
- Organized training and onboarding from the team
- 3,5e hourly net which equals 600e monthly net salary
What you will be doing:
- Engage with existing UK customers and assist in cancelling their accounts due to moving home reasons
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls to answer customer’s queries about moving home
- Prevent customer complaints and keep customer satisfaction at a high level
- Uphold the company procedures and processes
Person profile:
- Ability to explain a service or product to customers
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
