We are looking for proactive individuals to join an amazing team in our brand-new office situated in Belgrade.

A junior IT Service Desk Technician / Tech Support will be responsible for the smooth running of our computer system within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. S/he will assist the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrating servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, etc.;
  • Overall responsibility for operations, expansion and maintenance of the company infrastructure;
  • Maintaining the office networks and connectivity;
  • Analysing, troubleshooting and resolving problems.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Genuine interest in information technologies;
  • Experience with Windows operating systems is a must;
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated person with excellent communication skills and a sense of humour;
  • Experience in Sales is considered an advantage.
