Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and supervising media plans, with focus on social channels, Google channels and Programmatic;
- Maintains digital media plans, including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization
- Hands on delivering campaigns for FB and Instagram (profiling, targeting, optimizing and changes creative solutions based on performance)
- Keeps up with digital trends, new media programs/opportunities and advise on new ways to reach targets
- Sets up digital KPIs on an annual and campaign/tactical level
- Develops digital media strategy for consumer and business segments;
- Key contact point for digital media agency in the daily work;
- In charge of digital media planning and buying, as well as media audit work and result implementation;
- Collaborates with other Marcomm managers/experts on all brand and communication strategies, team plans, campaign plans and other strategies;
- Works cross functionally with other departments – segments, sales, product, digital, etc. to ensure CMO and corporate goals are met;
- Ensures timely execution of all activities;
- Controls digital media agency work in cooperation with Media Audit agency, sourcing and Group teams.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience on jobs related to Web and online marketing
- 2-3 years of agency experience; working as Social media planner
- Knowledge of web/interactive design, process, programming requirements
- Experience in using of Facebook Ads Manager, Socialbakers, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Gemius Audience, Gemius Explorer, Gemius Direct effect and Programmatic
- University degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent computer skills, PPT, Excel, Word
