RECEPTIONIST & FACILITIES ASSISTANT

(Part-time job)

Receptionist&Facilities Assistant will be responsible for providing full support to local facilities team in their daily business and administrative tasks and activities.  This person is the first impression for a company, whether by phone or in person. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role. The Receptionist&Facilities Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support for the Office Services/Facilities organization in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Candidate for the position of Receptionist&Facilities is expected to:

–          Have completed High school (Ideal age: Range of 20-24 years)

–          Have wide knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and the Internet

–          Be fluent in English(written and spoken)
