What we are looking for:

  • 4 students (BA or MAS)
  • Full-time position (11-19h, Monday – Saturday)
  • Fixed term contract for 3 months
  • 2 available locations (Dedinje and Novi Beograd) and a hybrid working model
  • Organized training and onboarding from the team
  • 3,5e hourly net which equals 600e monthly net salary

What you will be doing:

  • Engage with existing UK customers and assist in cancelling their accounts due to moving home reasons
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to answer customer’s queries about moving home
  • Prevent customer complaints and keep customer satisfaction at a high level
  • Uphold the company procedures and processes

Person profile:

  • Ability to explain a service or product to customers
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
