Your job responsibilities:
As an e-Commerce Marketing and Sales Assistant with AMEX, you will take responsibilities on the following tasks:
• Administration and consolidation of data utilized in our e-commerce system
• Monitor and update web content as needed to ensure accuracy
• Assist in creation and execution of the online marketing plan for the website
• Organization and reporting of e-Commerce website analytics (records of sales, transactions, Google Analytics and Google Adwords KPIs etc.)
• Execute on-site search engine optimization updates by reviewing analytics and adjusting keyword results
• As needed, communicate directly with accounts via phone and email, supporting them to satisfy their need or resolve an order issue
• Review and act upon customer feedback ensuring follow up
• Monitor stock vs. sales and indicate the need to react in the supply chain and logistics
• Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
What they expect from you:
• Ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner, both verbally and written
• Commercial, business, digital marketing or related field of education BSc. degree or pursuant to
• High level of computer literacy (including MS Office) and at least a basic understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
• At least a basic understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to e-commerce websites (PPC, SEO, email marketing, link generation, online PR, social networks B2B promotion etc.)
• Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
• Strong sense of engagement and hands-on initiative – enthusiasm & a proactive spirit
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Result and value driven analytical approach to work
• Native in Serbian, fluent in English
• Previous experience with a website or an e-commerce Content Management System will be considered an advantage
