Interns in Finance Department
Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables/Fixed Assets
The essential role of Intern is to support day to day operation of the Finance Department.
Main tasks:
- Provides support and assistance in all operational activities of financial assistants and other members of the Department of Finance
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, sorting, transmission and validation of invoices, monitoring of invoices, processing, forwarding and archiving of documents, as well as basic transactional jobs in finance
- Perform assistance in supporting projects management and administration for different type of projects
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student of Economics (Finance, Statistics or similar)
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to learn
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel is an advantage
- Organized and analytical approach with attention to details
- Good communication skills, initiative and dedication to work
